Happy Song List 10/02/2016 =

This was the first three songs I got up to today. I have had a Happy List on my smart phone for several years now but have to admit it was Pam Grout in E:Cubed that reminded me to wake up to a ‘Happy’ song and do the ‘Happy Dance’ first thing in the am.

Number 1. = Nina Simone – Feeling Good

It’s a new dawn, it’s a new day, it’s a new life for me. We get to start a new life every morning if we don’t currently particularly like what it is looking like (flip it, switch it)

Imagine how good it felt making the bed whilst this was playing but please don’t imagine the what I looked like strutting around to it. Ooops popped that one in there like don’t think about about Pink Elephants. There its’ OK now you have pink elephants running around in your head (ouch).

Number 2. = Ultra Nate – Free

Your free to do what you want to do. You have to live your life and do what you want to do. What are you doing today to make that change? No shoulda, woulda, coulda’s please.

McFly – Star Girl

In my previous job a UK DJ, Chris Evans who is virtually the same age as me bar a few days so a big one coming soon a Chris !! Plays this on a Friday morning and I used to hear it on my commute but now I don’t hear it so I bought it. Some serious car dancing has gone down to this one (not to mention some very serious looks from other commuters but who cares, probably never see them again is my theory) but this morning it was some crazy kitchen ‘Happy’ dancing going down so saved the commuters that one

I’d love to know what your “Happy Play List’ is or if you haven’t got one, what would you put on it.

We are ALL Miracle Magnets

Yesterday I wrote about flipping it, switching it. After hearing Jim Rohn say UNTIL after I nearly gave up on a dream  I decided to do something constructive and I switched it and flipped it and started to refocus on what I want, not want I don’t want.

After finishing reading “The Richest Man in Babylon” I decided to make a tick list of the recommended reading list and tick them once completing them. I had already prepped a reading list of 2016 but this was after reading several articles of how successful people are avid readers, Bill Gates being one of them so that every time a finish a book I add it to my list so I can actually see all the books I have read during 2016 and the first book I picked from the Babylon list was “Thought Vibration or the Law of Attraction in the Thought World” by William Walker Atkinson.

This gave me some good starting pointers as reminders to get back on track. You’ll have to read the book but I have adopted a couple new habits when ever fear or doubt creep in and that is to immediately switch it and say “I now have All the Courage of the Universe in me” and the other thing I say is when I think that I can’t have what I desire “I Am the Heiress of the Universe”.

My old subconsciously inherited Thought Forms are pretty darn stuck in those neural pathways and still require some conscious effort to switch and flip so I decided I needed to refocus on world view 2.0 not 1.0 so I dipped in to my kindle app to start rereading Pam Grouts “E:cubed” and make it playful.

In E:cubed Pam has added some communications that Pam received after writing E:squared (highly recommended if you haven’t read it) and it reminded me how people when faced with something they actually started saying they would ‘E:square it’ so yesterday after doing the ‘Happy Dance’ I decided to E:square things when faced with something that tried to flip me back to world view 1.0 and remember the Universe has our back 24/7 and to look for the miracles.

Well yesterday was filled with more miracles than I could shake a stick at and the Universe definitely has a sense of humour constantly sending me little messages to show we me that I am a human transmission tower with even the most random of thoughts creating an impact.

I decided this morning I would also adapt something else Pam does and before I get out of bed I would say “Something amazingly awesome is going to happen to me today !!”

Well it already has – My eldest daughter is getting married soon and I still haven’t got a dress. I’m not scared as I trusted that I would find a dress as I have always found something fantastic and perfect at very short notice on previous occasions however I was very disappointed when I found the perfect dress on line several months ago but it was late in the season and only stick insect sizes were left. I copied and pasted the dress name in to the internet but still the same – insect sizes only then this morning a series of events happened that made me come across the dress again in insect size but I don’t know why I felt inspired to copy and paste it again and also inspired me to click on available sizes. Could I being seeing right? This dress that I could not find for love or money previously was staring at me in my size and not only that, reduced to £90 of your British Pounds instead of the original £230.

I flipped it and switched it and I am now a Miracle Magnet.

My advise is read Pam’s books. Just by reading the books it changes your vibration to world view point 2.0.

Have a miraculous day

FP your showing off now

I am currently part-taking in Experiment #1 ‘The Boogie-Woogie Corollary’ in Pam Grout’s new book E:Cubed which briefly involves Game 1: start the day on a happy track, pump the sky in glee, pretend to be a Latin American soccer player scoring a goal and do the Harlem Shuffle and salute the sun. Game 2: Ask for your own personal cosmic joke and game 3: Be grateful for everything.

I always aim to be grateful for everything and since I have recently returned from a lovely holiday I am re-appreciating how lucky I am for the life partner I have and I told them that fact last night.

Unexpectedly I was woken by my partner with breakfast in bed and when they opened the blinds I could see what a beautiful morning it was. Celebrate the sun !!!

This reminded me to start the day with a happy track and the happiest track I could think of was ‘Happy’ by Pharrell Williams followed by ‘Jump in the Line’ by Harry Belafonte which made me do my Latin American Harlem Shuffle whilst still in bed !!

My busy Sunday involved finding my iPhone 5 box because I admit it, I am a geek freak and have upgraded to a 6, buy some PC speakers for work and get the car cleaned.

I looked on-line for PC speakers and then decided to route around in the attic before I had a shower. I was failing miserably to find the phone box and just as I was about to give up I saw a carrier bag catching my eye that said “Look inside me !!” …………………. no I didn’t find the phone box but I found some PC speakers that I never knew I even had ?!! Oh my goodness Universe you are good !! Cosmic Joke.

But the Universe as I call it or the FP (Field of Potentiality as Pam calls it)  hadn’t stopped there, it was on  a role.

Since we have returned from our holiday we have noticed the cloth roof of our car is looking greenish and slightly mildewy. Prior to going to the car wash I looked on-line at ways of removing it. Various products were recommended and intended to purchase on my return because following manufacturing guidelines I don’t let the car wash guys clean it.

At the car wash one of the employees was unusually friendly and commented at the end of the wash that I would need to do something about the roof soon. To try to cut a long story shortish I mentioned the manufacturer guidelines and my on-line search and he asked what I had found he then asked did I have some extra time and went inside and found some special product and gave my car roof his undivided attention for another half an hour and asked if I could return next week where he would check if it needed another and then put a special protector on it and when I went to pay he didn’t even charge me any extra .. obviously I was very grateful for this unexpected little miracle and tipped him accordingly as he has saved me money, time and effort. Boy FP your good but just to put the icing on the cake …………………

We decided to travel out to a local restaurant for our evening meal to end the weekend and previously I had been catching up on Pam Grouts blog where I read a guest post of someone who had done the Red Pill Corollary which involved hearing one of your favourite teenage songs. The guest poster had explained they loved Prince (who doesn’t) and how she heard “Raspberry Beret” her actual fave Prince song. As we got in the car the DJ came on the radio and said “Next up we have Raspberry Beret by Prince”.

Well now FP only one Cosmic Joke was required. I think you are just plain showing off now !!!!!
