Did you know while Napoleon Hill was researching and writing Think and Grow Rich he was himself, not rich and had many, many trials and tribulations and financial disasters and it took him over 20 years to interview the most successful people in the world to learn their secrets so he definitely was not an overnight success yet he wrote probably one of, if not “The” most successful book in history and that many, many more successful people acredit Hill and his book for the reason they are who they are.
My point being …..
Marie Forleo’s B-School was the first Coaching I ever invested in and the Beauty of B-School is you have it forever and it goes live every year and since my investment every year I Am “Anew” and have new vision and new intention as I evolve and grow so like to take it ‘Live’.
I have a clear vision of what I intend to achieve and who I am here to serve but on the tin I may not currently look like I have the full credentials to support my ICA
What is an ICA?
Since joining B-school I have heard many, many, many, many guises for this term but all say the same thing …
You must know who your Ideal Client is or as Marie calls it Your “Ideal Client Avatar”
I had honestly, never heard the term before B-school and this exercise took me ages. This time around I surprised even myself how quickly I created “Her” and despite the speed I had 100% clarity
It’s interesting because I am currently reading and listening to Think and Grow Rich and something I heard about from ‘The Mystery of Sex Transmutation’ really resonated with me and made real sense from my personal experience and then carrying out the ICA exercise I was, because of Hill’s information unwavering in my demographic

It’s interesting the information the Universe sends us to support us on our journeys
What I love about Marie and have shared with so many that tell me they wish they could turn their hobby and or passion into a business but think it is an all or nothing process is that Marie was working 3 part time jobs when she started out and felt a fraud because she didn’t have the same amount of expertise (as yet) as her peers in her chosen area and asked herself who would want to hire me?
But her story and inevitable success show’s me we have to start somewhere and is in part the reason I have taken the steps I decided to take to be able to focus on fulfilling my own vision.
Mr Hill’s words helped me become crystal clear on my ICA and the other day I watched a UFC fighter from the UK express his vision and plainly state even though it was not yet physically manifested he knew it was going to happen because he had already visualised it, continued to visualise it and he could “Feel” it already real and stated it may take around 5 years but I know it will happen. I have no doubt.

Like this UFC Fighter while outwardly my Vision is not fully visible to the human eye I know it is already fully manifested and to hear him say it on public television so profoundly confirmed to me like Hill states to have a definiteness of purpose and a burning desire and persist with it … even if it takes the rest of your life
This young man’s message inspired me to keep on going even while to all intensive purposes on the surface nothing much is happening but nothing will happen if we don’t just start where we are and surrender to the flow of the Universe.
Talking of the Universe, the manifest I have seen in my life in recent weeks to me are full on validations of visions coming together one step at a time.
Even if no-one knows what they are, I know they are signs.
Remember – Nothing looks pretty in the beginning. Even the most beautiful rose bush was once just a patch of dirt with a seed hidden from view.
