Make Goals not Resolutions

30 Dec

On the 10th of April 2016 inspired by Bob Proctor I made 2 Goal Cards from simple badge laminates I bought from Ebay and some pictures I made by using a simple phone app and put them in my purse to read them often.

April 11th 2016 around 07:30am I slipped carrying out a simple household chore and broke my leg in 3 places meaning I was laid up and had to miss my daughters Wedding and Dream Holiday all rolled into one as I needed an operation and couldn’t fly.

I refused to be beaten but didn’t read my goal cards frequently as I wasn’t accessing my purse very often but fast forward to 2017.

Despite my haphazard approach to reading my goal cards or carrying out anything with detailed consistency the Universe Conspired and much of what was on those goal cards manifested and what hasn’t completely manifested is already in the pipeline for 2018 amongst many things that weren’t written on goal cards but in my daily affirmations and my “My definiteness of persistent purpose” statement that I also didn’t do/read on a consistent basis but has given me the best year of my life to date and more vigour and excitement for the year ahead than I have ever had previously.

My point being. If I could create all this without consistent effort. Imagine what I could achieve if I really truly focused so that is why I gifted myself a Christmas present of a goal setting session with a brilliant Mindset Coach and friend Rebecca Adams from rebeccaadamsbiz.com which in itself set up potential fulfilment of more goals by default.

So lets not pussy foot around with 2018. Lets not set namby pamby resolutions. Let’s take ownership of 2018 and claim it as ours and set definite goals we WILL achieve.

Hears to a fantastic future and an Awesome New Year.

Much Love and over an out for 2017 and see you in the most exceptional year of your life 😉
