I’m Back — And Here’s the Truth About Where I’ve Been
Something shifted in me recently — a kind of internal click that said:
It’s time.
It’s time to come back.
It’s time to speak again.
It’s time to rise.
And so here I am.
After months of silence, reflection, reinvention, and deep personal transformation, I felt called to sit down and write what has truly been happening behind the scenes. Not the polished version. Not the highlight reel. The truth.
Because the truth is this:
I didn’t step away from my podcast and online presence because I was uninspired.
Or because I didn’t care.
Or because I had “given up.”
I stepped away because I was evolving.
I was shedding layers.
Healing old patterns.
Facing burnout.
Rebuilding confidence.
Reclaiming space.
And finally reconnecting with the deeper mission I know I’m here to serve.
The Quiet Season That Changed Everything
During my time away, I went through massive internal shifts — emotionally, physically, financially, and spiritually.
I closed the chapter of a brick-and-mortar business that had me landlocked for years… a business that looked like “success” from the outside but quietly drained the life from me on the inside.
I restructured my life.
I started a new role that gave me stability and breathing space.
I lost weight.
I returned to the gym.
I recommitted to my health and strength — physically and mentally.
I also started to remember who I was before the world, responsibilities, and survival-mode thinking dimmed my spark.
And with that remembering came clarity.
I wasn’t failing.
I was transforming.
The Rebirth of My Podcast “The Fab Over Forty Show“
Stepping back gave me something I hadn’t realised I’d lost:
Perspective.
Alignment.
Presence.
Purpose.
It reminded me why I started “The Law of Attraction Lover” & “The Fab Over Forty Show” in the first place — to inspire, empower, and elevate women over 40 into their next era with confidence and possibility.
But now?
The vision is bigger.
This new season of the show is about:

✨ Freedom
✨ Online income creation
✨ Mindset
✨ Healing
✨ Alignment
✨ And living the life you want on your terms
It’s about becoming the woman you were always meant to be — not the one you settled for.
