These days Most of Us have Heard the Term Transferable Skills in our Careers

There was a time You didn’t have these skills

Now they are second nature and can be used in multiple locations

And they can be transferred into more personally beneficial activities

In a second I will share what people used to say to me and how I know what you maybe thinking but First …

When Steve Jobs dropped out of college he followed Inspired Action to drop into Calligraphy classes

He didn’t know why he was drawn to them. He just was.

But I believe there are No Accidents

Years later when they were creating the first Apple Computer he was disappointed by boring fonts and set about to Utilise his gained knowledge from those calligraphy classes to bring beautiful lettering to our lives

Now we take for granted the opportunity to pick a font to send an email or even read a book on a device

A device Steve Jobs probably invented

When I manifested my first business it was purely Online and when it became a Brick n Mortar I never forgot how important Online platforms were for todays business owner to share their products and services

I then subconsciously I became Passionate about Online Marketing and the Tools and Opportunities available to us All today and I saw a new Opportunity for Me personally and set about to implement it, however ….

Having a Brick n Mortar obviously I would have customers and they would tell me things like how much they loved my shop, it’s energy (no accident) and that I was so lucky and talented.

Inspired by new experiences based around my growing Passion I would give them advise how to use these Platforms and Opportunities for themselves but more often than not they would immediately shut me down saying they had no talent or were to old.

Usually they were younger than me and I inadvertently created a habit to draw out of them things they loved and were Passionate about and I would give examples how they could turn these things that made them tick into potential income streams

At the time I would think it was sad that people were writing them selves off so quickly and so young now that we are living much longer and a little frustrated of the potential going to waste

Little did I know then, that all of this had a Purpose …
