
One simple thing changed my life …
When I followed “Inspired Action” to get up a few minutes earlier every day and “write” 3 things “I Am” Grateful for every morning I couldn’t have anticipated the impact that small action would have on me.
Inspired by the now late Legend Bob Proctor I would write “I Am so Happy and Grateful now that” followed by the things I was grateful for
They weren’t complicated. Just like having a warm bed, a roof over my head and hot and cold running water and in these turbulent times when so many have lost that luxury, now more than ever there is a need to be Grateful for these small everyday basics we can take for granted.
Gradually as my life started to improve and I continued my practice I started to notice I no longer needed to write them down. I started to think them automatically as I became aware I was waking.
That’s why I am so passionate about the study of neuroplasticity and our ability to reshape our thinking habits into more proactive positive habits regardless of age.
Since Studying and qualifying to be a Ho’OPonoPono Practitioner towards the end of 2021 on top of my other certifications of Advanced Life Coach and Law of Attraction Practitioner I have now replaced my simple habit with the Ho’OPonoPono Prayer and repeat it mentally at any opportunity.
I dedicated my recent book “The Law of Attraction and beyond with Ho’OPonoPono ~ To Beat the Bullies” to the Ho’OPonoPono Master Dr Hew Len and Bob Proctor who are both featured in the book and both passed while completing it.
You’ll notice the Ho’OPonoPono Prayer actually features the simple practice of Gratitude by saying “Thank You” and it’s why my 5 Step Framework The G.R.E.A.T Formula™️ Starts with “G” for Gratitude because I have no doubt that simply starting your day with Gratitude has life changing properties and best of all it easy, simple quick to do and costs nothing and you can start today.
You could start by saving the Ho’OPonoPono Prayer above. Start to learn it off by heart and mentally say it as you go about your day and nobody even needs to know you are doing it but I guarantee they start to notice a difference in you.
A comment that was made to Me yesterday actually instigated this post because someone said “You can’t help yourself. You can’t help look for the positive” and this is about someone who was the most negative (poor me person) ever and I admit I did fall out of alignment towards the end of last year through fear and attachment to a specific outcome but It seems inevitable now as I look at recent months due to the changes in my neural programming I had to find my way back into alignment.
In my book I wrote a quote by Bob Proctor and this was before his passing that Bob stated “Everything that is happening to you is happening to bring you closer to your goals and desires”.
Also in recent months I have become more and more aware certain Successful People had so it seems, more than their fair share of trials and tribulations and like I talked about in a recent blog post reality sometimes doesn’t look like on the tin the life they desire and advocate but they seem to share one attribute “Persistence”.
When it all looks like it is going to sxxt if we could reassure ourselves that everything that is happening is happening to bring ourselves to our desired outcomes and resist attachment to a specific outcome I feel confident it does definitely work out in our favour.
At the beginning of the year I saw my error of focusing on a certain expectation and becoming attached to a certain outcome and therefore cutting off all other opportunities I decided to following my intuition to realign to the practice of letting go and the art of allowing and this week an Intention I first had in 2020 manifested.
I see now that everything was definitely working out for me but because I was fixated on a specific outcome instead of seeing the gift in it all I allowed myself to become overwhelmed with fear and doubt proving I Am still a work in progress but thanks to the tools I have learned over previous years due to my obsession with The Law of Attraction and Personal Development.
Despite my book being about using The Law of Attraction and Ho’Oponopono to overcome bullying the tools in the book can be applied to all sorts of situations and all sorts of people. Including the author and you can grab a copy on Amazon
