
“3 Faith over Fear Tips”
I love this quote and I heard it on Gabby Bernstein’s incredible audiobook “Super Attractor” as I was driving this morning
That’s a tip in itself …
One of my Transformational tactics was instead of listening to the car stereo, music and negative news on my commutes was to set up my phone on YouTube and plug in one earbud and listening to motivational YouTube videos by legends like Louise Hay, Wayne Dyer and Tony Robbins etc
Now it’s predominantly audiobooks and podcasts and one Bluetooth wireless earbud compared to putting my phone in the car door and plug in headphones and one earphone in
This leads me on to the real tip I want to share plus a bonus if you read to the bottom
Fear & Appreciation CANNOT be in the same place at the same time and the best way I know to shift ASAP from Fear and Overwhelm is writing down all the things you are grateful for ~ start with the most what seems mundane basic of things like a warm bed, electricity to boil a kettle for your morning brew and the brew itself
The roof over your head that bed and where you appreciate that morning beverage and just keep rampaging everything that come to mind
Appreciation can be done at anytime anywhere because if you are not in a position to write things down you can just THINK Gratitude
Writing 3 things down in the morning that I was Grateful for is accidentally the Inspired Action step I first took that took me on a journey of Transformation
Don’t underestimate the power of just simply focusing on things you are Grateful for
Another simple task that must not be underestimated is the power of breath
When we are Fearful our breathing becomes constricted and our brain cannot operate at its solution based best
During my recent Ho’OPonoPono Certification I learnt a Breathing technique but I have simplified it down to be done anywhere in a few seconds

- Listening to Motivational Audiobooks on commutes, shopping etc
- Think About all the things you are grateful for, even better write it daily
- Take slow deep breaths when feeling overwhelm
