My morning motivation from Youtube this morning was Wayne Dyer.

This quote really struck me when I first read it. In which book, I am not sure as I have read so many Wayne Dyer books but I do or know I was sat on a Coach on my way back from London after spending a whole day walking around Tate Britain.

Many say to Manifest something see your self already having it (otherwise you are just living in the lack of it) Visualise living that life and I tell myself I am rubbish at visualising but her I am Visualising that memory.

Zig Ziglar says motivation is like bathing. You have to do it daily.

Here’s proof as it was several years ago I read this quote but I completely forgot about it but it is a perfect reference to how I am choosing to live my life now and instigated in me to see that I can visualise.

I just need to daily visualise a future I choose to live in not regurgitate a past
